Q. Can I change the products in my order?

A. We are not able to add or delete products in your order, but we may be able to change the size or color of the product if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Please send us an inquiry that includes your order number, along with the size/color of the product that you want to change to and from.

Q. Can I return/exchange an order that I have received?

A. As mentioned in the TERMS OF USE, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. The only exception is if the product is damaged at the time of arrival or if the incorrect product was shipped.

Q. What is the delivery status of my order?

A. Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days, and once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number.

Please be aware that the date of arrival will vary on the region of the delivery address.
